These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between EXOBUS Technologies ("Rights Holder") and the individual ("User") using the EXOBUS software ("Software").
1.1. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the User and the Rights Holder.
1.2. Using the Software constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.
1.3. If the User does not agree to the terms of the Agreement, they are not entitled to use the Software.
2.1. The Rights Holder grants the User the right to use the Software under a simple (non-exclusive) license.
2.2. The Software is designed to create screen captures (screenshots) and subsequently edit them.
4.1. The Software is intellectual property of the Rights Holder.
4.2. All rights to the Software, including source code, design, logos and documentation, belong to the Rights Holder.
4.3. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights of the Software to the User.
5.1. The Software is provided "as is". The Rights Holder does not guarantee that the Software will meet User requirements.
5.2. The Rights Holder is not liable for:
5.3. In any case, the Rights Holder's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Software.
6.1. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
6.2. The User is responsible for the content of created screenshots and their distribution.
7.1. The Rights Holder may release Software updates at their discretion.
7.2. The Rights Holder does not guarantee permanent availability of technical support.
7.3. The Rights Holder reserves the right to discontinue Software support and development at any time.
8.1. The Agreement becomes effective from the moment the Software is first used and is valid indefinitely.
8.2. The Rights Holder may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the User violates its terms.
8.3. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and delete it from all devices.
9.1. The Rights Holder reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on this page.
9.3. Continued use of the Software after terms change constitutes agreement to the new version.
10.1. This Agreement is governed by applicable laws.
10.2. All disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law at the location of the Rights Holder.

12.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.2. Inaction by the Rights Holder in case of Agreement violation does not deprive them of the right to protect their interests in the future.
